Dumpster can hold 5 tons at the absolute max.
All prices include 1 ton of disposal fees.
Additional $51 per ton over the included weight.
$125 swap out fee if needed during your rental.
DUMPSTER RENTAL RULES
Please review these guidelines before your rental to avoid additional fees.
Load Height
The load must not exceed the height of the walls. At pickup, I must be able to get a secure tarp over the load. If the load exceeds the walls and is not secure, the landfill will charge a double fee.
Prohibited Items
Cannot place: Chemicals (oil, paint, coolant, gas), large batteries (car batteries), or flammable items (propane, lighters).
Weight Limit
Maximum weight capacity is 10,000 pounds (5 tons). Please notify me in advance if loading dirt, sod, or concrete. Additional fees for overloaded dumpsters.
Freon Items
Additional $20 fee for items containing freon (air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers).
Mattresses
First 3 mattresses or box springs are free. Additional ones are $15 each.
Tires
Tires allowed but must be placed to the side. $7 per tire for hazardous waste disposal.
Please treat the dumpster with care. Damage to the dumpster is not permitted!
